Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your sign-in secure. Workspace owners are responsible for the people they invite and the stores they connect.

Plans, trials and billing

RepliZen offers a Free plan and paid plans with monthly usage limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans may start with a 7-day trial. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled; you can change or cancel your plan at any time from billing settings, effective at the end of the current period unless stated otherwise.

Acceptable use

• Don't use RepliZen to send spam, harass people or break the law.
• Only connect stores and inboxes you're authorized to access.
• Don't attempt to bypass usage limits, probe for vulnerabilities, or resell the service without permission.

AI-generated content

Drafts and summaries are suggestions. Review them before sending — you're responsible for the messages and coupons you send to your customers.

Your data

You keep ownership of your data and your customers' data. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep RepliZen reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features or these terms; we'll notify you of material changes.

Termination

You can stop using RepliZen and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
